Soil evaluators must have met the following criteria to perform soil testing in the Town of Kingston:

For the purpose of soil evaluations, the Town of Kingston will define the term "agent" as one who is duly appointed, hired or contracted by a majority vote of the Board of Health and is sworn in by their respective Town Clerk. He or she must be compensated on a periodic, ongoing basis by the Town in which he/she is an agent. Voluntary service to his/her appointing Board does not constitute agent status for the purpose of percolation testing/soil evaluation in the Town of Kingston.
C.
All above criteria must have been met at the time of eligibility for the soil evaluator's examination.
