Applicants for Borough approval as cannabis retailer, medical cannabis dispensary or cannabis delivery service, in addition to fees and other charges required in connection with applicable zoning and land use applications, shall pay to the Borough an application fee of $2,500.
A. 
Cannabis retailers and medical dispensaries shall pay to the Borough an annual renewal or registration fee of $5,000.
B. 
Cannabis delivery services shall pay to the Borough an annual renewal or registration fee in the amount of $2,500.
