The ballot shall allow voters to assign a different ranking
to every candidate, as well as to write-in candidates. If the voting
equipment used by the City Clerk cannot feasibly accommodate that
number of rankings on the ballot, the City Clerk may limit the number
of candidates that a voter may rank to the maximum number allowed
by the equipment.

Voters may rank as few candidates as they prefer or as many as they prefer subject to any limitation on the maximum number of candidates established by the City Clerk pursuant to Subsection 7-2.1.
