It is the intent of this article to opt the Village of Victor out of hosting on-site cannabis consumption establishments within its boundaries. Retail cannabis dispensaries shall be permitted in the Southside Business District.

This article is adopted pursuant to Cannabis Law § 131, which expressly authorizes villages to opt out of allowing retail cannabis dispensaries and/or on-site cannabis consumption establishments to locate and operate within its boundaries.
The Board of Trustees of the Village of Victor, County of Ontario, hereby opts out of licensing and establishing on-site cannabis consumption establishments within its boundaries.
