§ 120-18 Requirements.

General requirement. If three (3) or more permits are required for a single project, the highest fee shall be waived.

Supplemental submission fee. As described in § 280-19 through § 280-24, an additional fee shall be charged if an applicant needs to make more than two (2) submissions to provide all materials required to submit a complete application under this chapter.

§ 120-19 Site Plan Fees.
