A. 
Parking of commercial vehicles that have more than a single rear axle, exceed 22 feet in length from bumper to bumper, and more than eight feet in width and eight feet, six inches, in height to the top of the racks shall be prohibited on all residential properties located in the Borough.
(1) 
Parking of a commercial vehicle on a residential property is permitted providing the location is the primary residence of the person utilizing the vehicle.
(2) 
Primary resident who is utilizing the commercial vehicle must supply the Borough Code Enforcement Department with a photocopy of the vehicle registration, proof that said location is your primary residence and proof that you are gainfully employed at company of the registered commercial vehicle.
B. 
Renewal of the approved commercial vehicle with the Borough will occur in alignment with the commercial vehicle's registration.
C. 
One commercial vehicle per primary resident is permitted providing Subsection A(1) and (2) are met.
D. 
No commercial trailers are permitted to be parked in any residential zone.
E. 
Storage content shall comply as referenced in Borough Code § 186-65.
F. 
As per Borough Code § 186-49A(2), parking on nondriveway areas on residential lots is prohibited.
G. 
Upon approval from the Borough Code Enforcement Department, resident will receive a three-inch-by-two-inch sticker which is to be displayed in the passenger-side rear window. Said sticker must be affixed to the window and is not transferrable.
H. 
It is the responsibility of the resident to register any vehicle change with the Borough.
I. 
Any person and/or organization who shall park any commercial vehicle as described in this article, within the Borough of Bergenfield without first obtaining the commercial vehicle registration required by this article, shall be submitted to a fine of $50 per day by the Borough of Bergenfield.
J. 
Any person and/or organization who shall violate the laws set forth in this article within the Borough of Bergenfield or who shall violate the terms and conditions set forth by this article shall be submitted to a fine of a minimum of $250 or up to a maximum of $1,000 per day for noncompliance by the Borough of Bergenfield.
A. 
Recreational vehicles such as snowmobiles, jet skis, quads, four wheelers, and boats are permitted to park providing:
(1) 
The vehicle is registered to the person residing at the location.
(2) 
The location of the stored recreational vehicle is the owner's primary residence.
B. 
Trailer that transports the registered recreational vehicle is permitted providing it complies with Borough Code.
C. 
Primary resident who owns the recreational vehicle must supply the Borough Code Enforcement Department with a photocopy of the vehicle registration and proof that said location is your primary residence.
D. 
As per Borough Code § 186-49A(2), parking on nondriveway areas on residential lots is prohibited.
E. 
Upon approval from the Borough Code Enforcement Department, resident will receive a three-inch-by-two-inch sticker to be displayed on the rear right side of vehicle. Said sticker must be affixed in clear view and is not transferrable.
