The Township of Moore hereby adopts the following schedules which are attached hereto and made a part of this article.[1]
A. 
Schedule 1. Rules and Regulations for Compliance With the Local Taxpayers Bill of Rights.
B. 
Schedule 2. Disclosure Statement Under the Local Taxpayers Bill of Rights.
C. 
Schedule 3. Petition for Appeal Refund Under the Local Taxpayers Bill of Rights.
D. 
Schedule 4. Administrative Appeal Procedures Applicable to Petitions for Appeal and Refund.
E. 
Schedule 5. Request for Extension of Time to Provide Information.

Schedules 2, 3, 4 and 5 to this article may be revised, from time to time, by resolution of this Board, without the need for advertisement or passage of an ordinance, inasmuch as said schedules simply provide a disclosure statement summarizing the rules and regulations, the form of petition under which appeals will be filed, and the form for request of an extension of time. Schedule 1 (Rules and Regulations) may be amended through an amendatory ordinance.
If any provision or application of the Act or this article shall be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the other provisions or other applications of the Act or this article.
