The short title of this article being known as the "No-Permit Penalty Ordinance."

As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
Any natural person, association, partnership, firm or corporation.
The definitions set forth in the ordinances, regulations and resolutions, as adopted by the Board of Supervisors of Moore Township, are incorporated by reference herein as though the same were set forth at length herein.
Any person who shall fail to comply with the provisions of the ordinances, regulations or resolutions of Moore Township regarding the attainment of required permits as referenced therein shall, upon application for required permit(s), be required to pay 200% of the original permit fees to Moore Township.
This article shall take effect immediately upon enactment.
