Moore Township hereby imposes a license or franchise fee upon the operations of community antenna systems in the amount of 5% of the annual gross service income of community antenna systems operating within the Township.

This chapter is enacted pursuant to the Act of Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (the Local Tax Enabling Act) enacted December 31, 1965, Act No. 511, as amended,[1] and shall become effective 30 days after it is adopted and shall be imposed for the year 1982 and subsequent years, as approved and ratified by the Board of Supervisors.
