The Board of Supervisors of Moore Township hereby establishes the following rules and regulations for the enjoyment by the public for the recreation areas, fields, grounds and facilities owned and maintained by Moore Township, as follows:
A. 
Obey all posted signs.
B. 
Alcohol by permit only.
C. 
Destruction, removal or tampering with any property prohibited.
D. 
No foul or abusive language.
E. 
No snowmobiles, dirt bikes or ATVs.
F. 
No littering.
G. 
Pets must be leashed and waste disposed of in containers.
H. 
Parking in designated areas only.
I. 
No open fires without permit.
J. 
No hunting or trapping.
K. 
No dumping of personal household waste in dumpsters.
L. 
Park hours are 5:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m.
M. 
Park may be closed at the discretion of the Board of Supervisors.
N. 
Horses are not permitted in the Moore Township Recreation Center (including the recreation trails) located on English Road.

The above-noted rules and regulations shall be conspicuously posted at the entrance to the recreational facility and at points on the facility deemed by the Board of Supervisors to be sufficient to notify the public of the existence of said regulations.

Any person violating the provisions of this article shall, upon being found liable therefor in a civil enforcement proceeding commenced by the Township before a Magisterial District Judge, pay a fine of not more than $600, plus all court costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred by the Township in the enforcement of this article. If the defendant neither pays nor timely appeals the judgment, the Township may enforce the judgment pursuant to the applicable Rules of Civil Procedure. Each day a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense. Further, the appropriate officers or agents of the Township are hereby authorized to seek equitable relief, including injunction, to enforce compliance herewith.
This article has been enacted by the Board of Supervisors of Moore Township pursuant to the provisions of Section 67203(b) of the Second Class Township Code, as amended.[1]

These rules and regulations may be amended from time to time by resolution of the Moore Township Board of Supervisors.
In the event any provision, section, sentence, clause or part of this article shall be held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect or impair any remaining provision, section, sentence, clause or part of this article, it being the intent of the Township that such remainder shall be in full force and effect.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby and the same repealed.
