When publication is used instead of legal posting, the official
newspaper of the Village of Sullivan shall be the Jefferson County
Daily Union.

Provisions, Art. III)]
When legal posting is used instead of publication, the Village
shall post notice in at least one public place likely to give notice
to persons affected and place the notice electronically on the Village's
internet site.
