No person shall consume any alcoholic beverages in the Town of Southampton on any public way, sidewalk, or while in the following: Town Hall grounds, Conant Park, all Town-owned conservation property, Town Triangle, Edwards Library grounds, William E. Norris School grounds, or primary school grounds, except by permit issued by the Select Board.
