[1991 Code § 191-1]
The Borough Tax Assessor shall be and is hereby authorized and
directed to regard up to the first $4,000 in the Assessor's full and
true value of home improvements to qualified housing within the Borough
as specified in N.J.S.A. 54:4-3.72 et seq., as amended from time to
time, as not increasing the value of such property for a period of
five years, as provided and prescribed in the statute.
