In addition to the district classifications already existing,
this chapter, adopted September 11, 1972, is hereby amended by the
establishment of a Limited Industrial District classification.
It is the intent of the Limited Industrial District to promote
the following:
A. To provide for a limited range of industrial and related office uses
in appropriate locations;
B. To minimize the impacts and hazards of activity related to employees
and trucks along the Township road systems;
C. To encourage the clustering of establishments;
D. To meet minimum standards of health and safety by protecting against
hazards and nuisances;
E. To promote stable development; and
F. To provide for uses and buildings which will not be detrimental to
the rural, residential, and natural environment of the Township.
