A. The City of Cole Camp shall charge and collect a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) from any person who issues a check made payable to the City of Cole Camp, which is returned as "insufficient funds," "account closed" or "no account."
B. For all second and subsequent incidents of returned checks, in addition to paying the fee stated in Subsection
(A), the person will no longer be able to pay by check. Said person will be required to conduct business with the City only by cashier's check, money order, or cash.
