A.
The Town of West New York shall collect 2% of the receipts from each
sale by a cannabis retailer and the retailer shall submit audited
receipts to the Town. The 2% tax shall be payable quarterly.
B.
The cannabis retailer shall be required to submit an application
for a license, to be accompanied by a fee of $6,000, with all documentation
as set forth in the application as required by the Town of West New
York.
C.
The annual license renewal fee, payable on the first day of January
of each calendar year, is $15,000.
