Credit card service fee: Up to 5% of charge.

The town shall assess and collect an internet access fee of 3% of the amount of the citation to provide access to the town municipal court.

$10.00 for any transaction involving payment in which coins provided by the payer total $5.00 up to $14.99; and $25.00 for any transaction involving payment in which coins provided by the payer total $15.00 up to $49.99; and $50.00 for any transaction involving payment in which coins provided by the payer total $50.00 or more.
