(a) 
Special events regulation fees, per day:
(1) 
75-200 spectators/participants: $30.00.
(2) 
200-400 spectators/participants: $50.00.
(3) 
400-800 spectators/participants: $75.00.
(4) 
Exceeding 800 spectators/participants: $100.00.
(b) 
Special event involving filming activity: $50.00.
(c) 
Rental fee for town equipment and property: Negotiated case-by-case.
(d) 
Fees for police officers to provide security (a four (4) hour minimum is required): $50.00 per hour per police officer. If traffic control/direction is requested, the fee per police officer is $75.00 per hour.
(e) 
Reimbursement fee to town for cleanup, etc.: Actual cost plus 20 percent.
(f) 
Application fee: $40.00.
(g) 
Security deposit for rented equipment from town: 50% of negotiated rental fee.

Single-family rental permit application fee: $60.00 per home for initial year.
(b) 
Single-family rental permit renewal fee: $30.00 per home annually.
(c) 
Multifamily rental permit application fee: $120.00 per complex for initial year.
(d) 
Multifamily rental permit renewal fee: $60.00 per complex annually.
(e) 
Multifamily rental inspection fee: $10.00 per unit annually.
