Residency.

Residency.
A.
The purpose of this article is to expand the residency requirements for the offices of Town Attorney, Deputy Town Attorney, and Town Prosecutor so that the Town can select from a larger and more diverse field of qualified candidates.
B.
Residency for such positions set forth in Subsection
A
shall be the County of Erie.
C.
This article shall become effective upon filing with the Secretary of State.
