(a)
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, business, or legal entity of any kind who shall own or occupy any lot or other parcel of real property in the city to permit or allow holes or places on said lot or parcels of real property where water may accumulate and become stagnant.
(b)
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, business or legal entity of any kind who shall own or occupy any lot or other parcel of real property in the city to permit or allow the accumulation of filth, carrion, or other impure and unwholesome matter to accumulate or remain thereon.
(c)
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, business or legal entity of any kind who shall own or occupy any lot or other parcel of real property in the city to permit or allow weeds, rubbish, brush, or other objectionable, unsightly or unsanitary matter to accumulate or grow thereon.
