No person shall swim or bathe in any waters within the limits of the Town so as to be exposed in a nude state, to the view of any persons passing, or being upon any railroad or street, or in any dwelling house in the Town.

No person shall behave himself in a disorderly manner in any public place in the Town. Violations of this section are punishable by criminal complaint or by noncriminal disposition in accordance with MGL c. 40, § 21D and § 100-2 of the Town Code.
No person shall, by any noise, gesture or other means, wantonly or designedly frighten any horse in any street or other public place in the Town.

No person shall tie a horse to a tree in any street, and no person, except an employee of the Town, or of a utility company, shall climb any tree on any public way or ground in the Town.
