A person who, in response to a jury summons from the Municipal
Court, is selected for jury service, and is not excused through the
voir dire process, is entitled to receive as reimbursement for travel
and other expenses, the amount of:
(1)
$10.00
per day for each day or fraction of each day the person is in attendance
in court in response to the jury summons and discharges the person’s
duty for that day.

The Municipal Court Clerk is hereby directed to present to the
finance department a list of jurors entitled to receive compensation
from the city following jury trial.
