Editor’s note–Former article 4.02 pertaining to peddlers and deriving from article 4.300 of the 1998 Code was repealed by Ordinance CO57-09-08-27-C1 adopted by the city on August 27, 2009. Provisions for peddlers can now be found in chapter 6, article 6.04.
