Before the Board can decide on an application for a subdivision of land, the Board will hold a public hearing as described in Article
VIII of this chapter.
The Board shall hold a public hearing and render a decision
within 90 days from the time that an application is filed on a residential
subdivision plan preceded by a preliminary plan and 135 days to render
a decision on such a plan not preceded by a preliminary plan. The
period within which final action shall be taken may be extended by
written agreement between the Board and the applicant and a copy shall
be filed with the Town Clerk.
