(a)
The city council hereby finds that the election was conducted in
accordance with all statutory requirements.
(b)
The city council hereby declares that a total of 153 votes were cast
in favor of the imposition of said additional 1/2 of 1% sales tax,
and a total of 77 votes were cast in opposition to the imposition
of said additional sales tax.
(c)
Accordingly, the city council does hereby declare that the proposition
has passed and been adopted by the voters of the city by a margin
of 76 votes.
