No person shall erect or maintain a stand or otherwise display
or sell any articles within the limits of any highway except that
the vehicles may be used in any district for the sale of ice cream
products between the hours of 12:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m.
to dark.
Violation of this article shall be subject to a penalty of $50.
Each day during which a violation exists shall be deemed to be a separate
violation.
