[Adopted as Art. V, § 19, of the General Bylaws]
No person shall move or remove snow or ice from private lands
upon any public street, walkway, or common land of the Town in such
manner as to obstruct or impede the free passage of vehicular or pedestrian
traffic upon the street, walkway, or common land of the Town unless
he has first obtained a permit therefor issued by the Town of Sudbury
Director of Public Works.
Violation of this article shall be subject to a penalty of $50.
Each day during which a violation exists shall be deemed a separate
violation.
