(a)
The rates for sales of water to residential, multifamily, and commercial customers within the city limits are as established by the city council.
(b)
A minimum monthly charge as established by the city council shall be charged to each dwelling unit of a multifamily complex (no gallons).
(c)
A variable rate volume charge as established by the city council shall be charged per each one thousand (1,000) gallons usage above the minimum usage set out above.
(d)
Calculation of charges for an apartment complex shall be as established by the city council.
