In a residential district, every residence shall have access to a public street, and if located in the rear of other buildings with no immediate street on which the lot fronts, over an unoccupied strip of land at least 15 feet in width, and such reserve strip may not form a part of any lot area required by this chapter.
The following uses shall not be permitted within the limit of the Village of Forrest under any circumstances:
A. 
Slaughterhouses (Slagel Meats and Locker Plant were grandfathered in as of this chapter adoption).
B. 
Distillation of bones.
C. 
Glue manufacture.
D. 
Reduction or dumping of offal or dead animals.
E. 
Storage, curing or tanning of rawhides or skins.
F. 
Mobile home(s).
G. 
Stockyards.
H. 
Petroleum refining.
I. 
Explosives, manufacture or storage.
J. 
Manufacturing of industrial or storage operations which are noxious or offensive by reason of the emission of odor, dust, smoke, or gas, noise, or vibration, beyond the boundaries of the property included in such operation.
