It shall be illegal to operate any ATV (three-wheeler or four-wheeler), dune buggy, go-cart, motorized dirt bike or any unlicensed motor vehicle on any Village street, alley or Village property.

Any person violating the provision of § 465-1 shall be fined $750 for each occurrence. Each day the violation exists shall constitute a separate occurrence.

A lawn mower, farm or work tractor, forklift, skid loader, or similar work useful vehicle may be driven from point of origin to point of work site and return without violation. Under no circumstances will any of this travel or vehicle movement be allowed for personal transportation purposes. A registered golf cart (or recreational off-highway vehicle) may be operated in accordance with Chapter 415 of the Village Code.
