A. Category I.
(1) Field use: $25 per field/four-hour block.
(2) Field use with lights: $60 per field/four-hour block.
(4) Season use with lights: $700.
B. Category II.
(1) Field use: $50 per field/four-hour block.
(2) Field use with lights: $120 per field/four-hour block.
(4) Season use with lights: $1,200.
Harry Wright Lake high side, Harry Wright Lake low side, HWL
high side pavilion. Band shell (only available for rental prior to
Memorial Day and after Labor Day), Pine Lake pavilion, Pine Lake splash
pad (splash pad not for exclusive use; beach badges will be required
in addition to permit and permit fees).

(2) Fifty-one to 100 persons: $150/four-hour block.
(3) One hundred one or more persons: $200/four-hour block.
(4) Band shell rental: $300/four-hour block.
B. Category II.
(1) One to 50 persons: $200/four-hour block.
(2) Fifty-one to 100 persons: $300/four-hour block.
(3) One hundred one or more persons: $400/four-hour block.
(4) Band shell rental: $600/four-hour block.
Sixth Avenue, Holly Oaks, POW/MIA, WWII Memorial Park, Pine
Lake, Summit Park, Bowker, Tuskegee for picnic, parties and other
non-sport-related uses.
A. Category I.
(1) One to 50 persons: $100/four-hour block.
(2) Fifty-one to 100 persons: $150/four-hour block.
(3) One hundred one or more persons: $200/four-hour block.
B. Category II.
(1) One to 50 persons: $200/four-hour block.
(2) Fifty-one to 100 persons: $300/four-hour block.
(3) One hundred one or more persons: $400/four-hour block.
Rental for building only. Equipment additional charge.
A. Category I: $25 per hour.

Announcer's booth not included in rental.
A. Category I: $150 per hour.
B. Category II: $300 per hour.
Violation of any provision of this article, upon conviction
thereof, shall be punished by a minimum fine of $100 or a maximum
of $2,000 or by a period of community service not exceeding 90 days.
Each and every violation shall be considered a separate violation.
Any person who is convicted of violating the provisions of this article
within one year of the date of a previous violation and who was fined
for the previous violation may be sentenced by the Court to an additional
fine as a repeat offender. The additional fine imposed as a repeat
offender shall not be less than the minimum or exceed the maximum
fine provided herein, and same shall be calculated separately from
the fine imposed for the violation of this article. This article is
enforceable by any Manchester Township police officer, code enforcement
official or agent, servant or employee of Manchester Township.
