Village of Valatie, NY Article I Senior Citizens Exemption

[Adopted 4-22-1980 by resolution (Ch. 117, Art. I, of the 1980 Code)]

§ 312-1 Tax exemption granted. [1]

The exemption from taxation by the Village of Valatie provided by § 467 of the Real Property Tax Law of the State of New York is hereby granted by the Village of Valatie pursuant to the provisions of said section.
