Effective October 1, 2023 (Ordinance No. 2023-O0054) Chapters 30, 32, 38, and 40, save and except for Sections 40.02.070-40.02.084, Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport Hazard Area Zoning Regulations, and Sections 30.02.001-30.02.004, Lake Alan Henry, were repealed and replaced with Chapter 39 - Unified Development Code.
