Town of Ipswich, MA Article VIII Penalties

§ 118-14 Penalties.

The Harbormaster or any appointed assistant harbormaster or any sworn police officer of the Town of Ipswich may enforce the regulations of Chapter 118 Boats and Waterways. Any person violating any section of this bylaw shall be punished by a fine of $50 for a first offense, $100 for a second offense, $300 for a third or subsequent offense, in accordance with Chapter 325, Noncriminal Disposition of Violations.
