The city shall deposit monthly with the trustee, for the use and benefit of the city’s perpetual care fund of the city’s cemeteries, mausoleum and memorial park, the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per space sold, and the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each crypt in the mausoleum building sold as provided by V.T.C.A., Health and Safety Code sec. 712.021. Such perpetual care fund shall be charged to each purchaser of a space or mausoleum crypt in addition to the sale price specified in section 1.08.074.

(a) 
Hereafter, all grave spaces for interment, and regardless of location whether in Memorial Park, West Hill Cemetery, or West Hill Annex, shall be sold for amounts listed below:
(1) 
Premium spaces in Annex D sections three and four, full space (10' x 40"): $1,500.00.
(2) 
Full spaces (10' x 40"): $1,000.00.
(3) 
Half spaces (5' x 40"): $500.00.
(b) 
All crypts in the mausoleum building will be sold at prices ranging from five hundred fifty dollars ($550.00) to eight hundred dollars ($800.00) per crypt as currently carried on the city’s books. Such prices have been predetermined by an examination of the location of all unsold crypts as reflected by the inventory of unsold crypts and their locations on file in the office of West Hill Cemetery.

(a) 
The following fees are established for services rendered in the cemetery as follows:
(1) 
Preparation of grave.
Weekdays (except holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
(A) 
Opening and closing, full space: $900.00.
(B) 
Opening and closing, half space: $800.00.
(C) 
Opening and closing in mausoleum: $200.00.
(2) 
Preparation of grave.
Saturdays (except holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
(A) 
Opening and closing, regular space: $1,000.00.
(B) 
Opening and closing, half space: $900.00.
(C) 
Opening and closing in mausoleum: $250.00.
(3) 
Special services.
Weekdays (except holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
(A) 
Disinterring only, any space: $800.00.
(B) 
Reinterring only, any space: $500.00.
(4) 
Ashes.
Weekdays (except holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
(A) 
Opening and closing, full space: $325.00.
(B) 
Opening and closing, half space: $325.00.
(C) 
Setting up tent, chairs, etc.: $200.00.
(5) 
Ashes.
Saturdays (except holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
(A) 
Opening and closing, full space: $375.00.
(B) 
Opening and closing, half space: $375.00.
(C) 
Setting up tent, chairs, etc.: $250.00.
(6) 
Weekday services from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
A charge of sixty dollars ($60.00) will be charged to the BSP whose burial services require city employees to standby beyond 4:00 p.m., not to exceed 5:00 p.m. during weekdays. Such charge will be forwarded to the BSP creating such condition the day following the performance of such service.
(7) 
Saturday (except holiday) services from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
A charge of one hundred dollars ($100.00) will be charged to the BSP whose burial services require city employees to standby beyond 2:00 p.m. during Saturdays (except holidays), not to exceed 3:00 p.m. Such charge will be forwarded to the BSP creating such condition the day following the performance of such service.
(b) 
Sunday burials.
(1) 
If a body is not embalmed, or if a body is in a state of decay where it cannot be embalmed and where, in the opinion of duly authorized persons, that such body should be interred immediately, such burial shall be permitted to take place.
(2) 
If, in the opinion of the health officer or a practicing physician, a person has died of a communicable disease, this body shall be buried immediately.
(3) 
No Sunday funerals will be permitted in West Hill Cemetery except as outlined in subsections (1) and (2) above.
(c) 
Cemetery property transfers.
A charge of forty dollars ($40.00) shall be assessed for transferring ownership of cemetery property between private individuals.
