A. 
A new Personnel Manual for the City of Pacific, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit A and referenced fully herein, but held on file in the City offices, is hereby accepted and approved. This Personnel Manual shall replace and supersede the existing Personnel Manual (as amended) initially adopted by Ordinance 2499.
B. 
Existing employee paid leave balances accrued through the effective date of this Section (12-21-2021), including but not limited to vacation, personal, sick and compensatory time, shall remain in place and shall not be affected by passage of this Section. The City Administrator may enact policies and procedures for the administration of employee paid leave, provided that such policies do not eliminate any existing employee paid leave balances.
