The 2024 edition of the International Private Sewage Disposal Code, including the appendix chapters, is hereby adopted by reference the same as if set forth in full in this section.

Any person, individual corporation, partnership or entity to any type violating the provisions of these codes shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $1.00 or not to exceed $2,000.00. Each day that a violation occurs or continues to exist shall be considered a separate offense.
