(a)
Pursuant to V.T.C.A., Local Government Code ch. 212, the city council shall be the final authority for approval of both preliminary and final plats.
(b)
If there is either deemed or found a conflict between this section and the provisions of the subdivision ordinance (exhibit A of this chapter) regarding plat approval, the provisions of this section shall apply.
(c)
If a plat or replat is approved by the planning and zoning commission, the plat or replat will be placed on the consent agenda of the next regularly scheduled city council meeting.
