Fees and charges for the filing of preliminary plats, final
plats and replats shall be as established by separate ordinance of
the city council from time to time.
Such fees and charges shall be imposed and collected on all
preliminary plats, final plats, development plats, amended plats and
replats, regardless of the action taken by the city planning and zoning
commission and city council thereon. Such fees shall be collected
for the purpose of defraying the costs of administrative, clerical
and inspection services necessary to properly review and investigate
plats and subdivision construction.
All required fees (applicable fees, taxes, street signs, etc.),
unless specifically stated otherwise herein, shall be paid as required
in other sections of this ordinance. Inspection fees may be paid at
the time the actual inspection is made of the project.
