The Commissioner of Public Works is hereby directed to post the required signage in accordance with the State Vehicle and Traffic Law and any other applicable statutes, rules or regulations to provide for the legal enforcement of the above action of the Town Board.

Penalties for violation of this article shall be in accordance with the appropriate provisions of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York.
