The ordinance entitled Local Law No. 2 of 1972, adopted by the Town Board July 5, 1972, and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
The validity of any section, clause, sentence or provision of this chapter shall not affect the validity of any other part of this chapter which can be given effect without such invalid part or parts.
When reference is made to incorporate any statutes, codes, specifications, standards or manuals of practice, said reference shall be to the latest editions thereof.
