West Pottsgrove Township hereby adopts the Pottstown Metropolitan
Regional Intergovernmental Cooperative Implementation Agreement for
Regional Planning ("Agreement"). The Township shall be guided by the
standards set forth in the Agreement on matters pertaining to land
use planning, zoning, and the operation of the Pottstown Metropolitan
Regional Planning Committee.

West Pottsgrove Township shall appoint two representatives to
serve on the Pottstown Metropolitan Regional Planning Committee. One
member shall be a member of the Board of Commissioners and the other
shall be from the governing body, Planning Commission, or citizenry
of the Township. These representatives shall be appointed by the Board
of Commissioners to serve a term of two years and perform their duties
in accordance with the requirements as set forth in the Agreement.
