The International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2021 edition,
as published by the International Code Council, Inc., a copy of which
is on file in the office of the city secretary, as hereinafter amended,
is hereby adopted as the swimming pool and spa code of the city, which
governs the construction of private, public, and semi-public swimming
pools and spas in the city.
