Section 130.140 Americans With Disability Act Grievance Procedure.

The City of De Soto hereby adopts a Grievance Procedure which provides for prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging any action prohibited by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). That policy is held on file in the City offices and incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth herein.
