(a) 
Application fee: $4,000.00.
(b) 
Third-party review fee: $10,000.00 shall be paid at the time of application. The applicant will be required to pay additional fees in the amount of $5,000.00 when the submitted fees for a third-party environmental consultant have been expended down to $1,000.00.

(a) 
Annual permit fees for donation bins will be as follows:
(1) 
Annual permit fee: $200.00.
(2) 
Impoundment fee: $200.00.
(3) 
Daily storage fee: $20.00.
(b) 
No fee will be required when the donation bin is placed on the premises of the same entity it is collecting for.
