(a) 
The regular meetings of the city council will be the second (2nd) and fourth (4th) Mondays of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the council room, city hall building, at 103 North Wall, Iowa Park, Texas.
(b) 
Special meetings may be called as provided by law.
(c) 
Except as otherwise allowed by law, meetings of the council as such shall always be open to the general public, and no vote or action shall ever be taken except at a regular meeting or at a lawfully called special meeting or emergency meeting.
