The following rules and regulations are established for the
government and protection of Gordon Lake in the city and in the interest
of the health, safety, welfare and convenience of the citizens of
the city.

Any person violating any provision of this division shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 1.01.009 of this code.

It shall be unlawful for any person to wade without protective
shoes, swim, bathe or scuba dive in or upon Gordon Lake in the city,
at any time of the day or night.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motorized boat
with an internal combustion engine in or upon Gordon Lake in the city,
at any time of the day or night.
