City of Iowa Park, TX ARTICLE A4.000 BUSINESS RELATED FEES

§ A4.001 Permit for peddler or solicitor.

All peddlers and solicitors not exempted by section 4.02.036 of the Code of Ordinances shall pay a permit fee to the city of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for one (1) individual or forty-five dollars ($45.00) for any group of two or more up to six (6) individuals and then an additional six dollars ($6.00) fee will be collected for each individual in the group thereafter.

§ A4.002 Permit for short-term or seasonal business.

(a) Permit fee for short-term or seasonal business, per six months: $35.00.

(b) Farm produce permit, per six month: $6.00.

Minimum fee for building permits for signs: $10.00.
