The rules and regulations governing the use of the city swimming
pool are as follows:
(1)
It
shall be unlawful for any person to damage the swimming pool or equipment
or to destroy any trees, shrubs, or flowers, or any property of the
city. Violators of city rules and regulations will be ejected from
the swimming pool by pool employees or city police.
(2)
It
shall be unlawful for any person to swim in the city pool when it
is closed due to holidays, weather or other conditions so directed
by the city manager or his designated representative.
(3)
The
swimming pool will meet or exceed all of the state department of state
health services standards for public swimming pools and spas.

By resolution of the city council, from time to time as deemed
necessary, swimming fees, rental fees, class fees and annual member
fees will be established.
