Editor’s note–Former Article 1.02, pertaining to administration of the city and deriving from section 2-1 of the 1995 Code and Ordinance 2010-10-00667 adopted October 7, 2010, was repealed and deleted in its entirety by Ordinance 2011-09-00686 adopted by the city on September 1, 2011.
The fire chief shall be appointed by the city manager and shall serve at the will of the city manager.
